Pippa Cossens Osteopath

I am a compassionate and dedicated osteopath, having graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in 1994. With a career spanning three decades, I have honed my expertise in a variety of specialised areas including trauma-informed care, mind-body approaches, and cranial osteopathy. My practice is centred around gentle and effective techniques designed to support each patient’s unique journey to wellness.

I am a SIRPA Practitioner, specialising in the treatment of chronic pain and stress-related illnesses. My training, and lived experience of recovery, enables me to develop individualised plans that address the root causes of chronic conditions, helping patients achieve lasting relief and improved quality of life. In addition, I am an Embodied Processing Trauma Practitioner, which allows me to offer advanced care for those dealing with trauma, integrating both physical and emotional healing processes in a bottom up/body centred approach.

My approach to osteopathy is holistic and patient-centred, focusing on treating the whole person rather than just symptoms. I utilise gentle cranial techniques to restore balance and harmony within the body, aiming to alleviate pain and reduce stress.

Specialising in chronic pain and stress illness, I strive to help my patients achieve a greater sense of well-being through a balanced mind-body connection. My goal is to empower individuals toward a healthier, more centred life by addressing both physical and emotional imbalances.

As the owner of Osteopathy For All I am deeply committed to creating a compassionate and supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their healing journey.

If you are seeking a practitioner who combines extensive experience with a gentle and trauma-informed compassionate approach, I am here to support you on your path to wellness
