Recovery Toolkit


Our Recovery Toolkit was developed to be used alongside pain education and osteopathic treatment at Osteopathy For All. 

We are passionate about helping you lessen your pain and we have a true understanding of of chronic pain as one of our osteopaths has recovered from fibromyalgia using the techniques we now use in the practice and the tools below.

You can use the tools in isolation but we highly recommend some support if you are trying to deal with chronic pain.  

We recommend that you read the Understanding Pain and Associated Symptoms pages first and with any of the tools please listen to your body and if you are not sure please contact us.
