Keeping active releases endorphins which improve energy levels and mood. This will make you feel better and help you get a better night’s sleep.
How do I keep motivated to exercise?
In order to stick to a routine, you need to find a way to make it work for you. Try to set small goals and mix it up so you don’t get bored. Get your family or friends involved so they can give you that extra little push.
How much physical activity should you do per week?
It is recommended that adults do 2 hours and 30 minutes of moderate physical activity each week. Always workout within your limits and take breaks if you need them.
