More About Our Osteopathic Clinic

The mission for our osteopathic clinic is to provide a friendly but safe clinical space for our patients. We aim to make you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive to the practice and continue that feeling until you leave.

In this article, we invite you to learn more about our space, the facilities that we provide and why our rural location is the best choice for those seeking osteopathic help for physical and mental symptoms.

Our Space

Our osteopathy clinic offers a warm and welcoming escape from the stresses of everyday life. We pride ourselves on a space that encourages a calming environment to help you to relax whilst receiving treatment.

The rooms are airy and bright to promote a soothing atmosphere. Everything is kept fresh as we clean the rooms between appointments. We understand the importance of providing a safe environment. It is our aim to create a space to help you feel comfortable.

From the moment you get in touch with the team until the end of your treatment, we treat every person as an individual. We have created the space with our patients in mind and want to continue to build a positive place when coming in for treatment.

The On-Site Facilities

We have two osteopathic treatment rooms on site adjoining our bright and airy reception area. Here we cater to your individual needs through face to face appointments.

As well as this, we have additional studio space on site. We are hoping to open this area soon for classes to further promote good health and wellbeing. These will include yoga, pilates, chronic pain recovery and meditation to name a few.

Toilets are available on the premises, though they are shared with the other businesses on site and not managed by us. And here is free parking at the clinic, though spaces are limited. We suggest that you arrive early to ensure that you get a space. We also have disabled access.

Location of Our Practice

Our Sussex osteopathic clinic is based in the historic village of East Hoathly. Just off the A22, we are located between the towns of Hailsham, Lewes and Uckfield. The practice is very easy to get to by car for patients across East Sussex.

We work closely with East Hoathly village and frequently take part in community activities. Our clinic is part of The Village Works, which houses a small number of local businesses. We recommend that you look around our neighbours when coming for a visit.

The Benefits of Being Close to Nature

Spending time in a place close to nature can benefit your health and wellbeing. By being in green spaces, you can experience a wide range of positive effects such as reduced feelings of stress, improving your mood and feeling more relaxed.

Most of us now spend too much time indoors, mainly sitting in front of the TV or computer screens. By being in natural settings, or viewing these scenes, your body will react in a positive way and help you to feel better.

Our osteopathic practice is nestled in the beautiful East Sussex countryside. With plenty of windows and bathed in natural light, you will be able to benefit from the surroundings when you come in for an appointment.

How We Are Keeping the Space Safe

At this time, it is more important than ever for us to provide a safe and effective space for our patients. In line with government guidelines, we have put a number of measures in place to help protect our patients and staff from COVID-19.

We will ask that you wait outside the clinic until it is safe to come in, use antibacterial gel upon arrival and wear a face mask. Our osteopaths will be wearing designated PPE and following infection control procedures.

To find out more about the safety measures in place, please visit our practice information page.

Please cancel your appointment with us if you exhibit symptoms of a high  temperature, new or continuous cough, new loss of taste or smell or if you think you may have been exposed to someone with the virus.
