Our Approach

We are here for you. Osteopathy can be used to treat a range of issues, focusing on both your physical and mental health as a whole.

What makes us unique?

Using the mindbody approach, we treat your symptoms in a holistic way. Using a range of osteopathic techniques, we work with you to find the best treatment to suit your needs.

The mindbody approach

The mindbody approach means that we consider all the relevant parts of your health history when deciding a treatment plan. We are different from other osteopaths in that we look at your physical body and mental health as a whole.

We understand that the mind and body are interdependent and poor physical health can often come hand-in-hand with other symptoms related to mental health. You cannot separate one from the other and so we take this approach with our treatments.

Treating your symptoms

Our osteopaths are trained in pain neuroscience, stress illness and mindbody medicine. They provide gentle, hands-on care that treat your symptoms in a holistic way.

When you come for an appointment, we will have a chat about your health history as well as anything that may be causing you stress. By applying our understanding of the body and mind, we try to identify any underlying causes to your symptoms and then treat them.

Individualised treatments to suit your needs

At Osteopathy For All, we specialise in identifying, understanding and treating issues on an individual basis. With our holistic approach to health, we help to provide longer-term solutions to your health conditions.

We understand that every person is different and a one size fits all approach simply does not work. Our osteopaths will identify your individual needs and provide treatment that is tailored for your needs.

Our practitioners are our biggest asset

Our team of experienced osteopaths are dedicated to find the right treatment for you.

It is our ethos as a practice to take an individual’s experiences into consideration. Our team all believe that the mindbody approach is the best way to treat someone.

We share the view that to develop a healthy lifestyle, we need to focus on all parts of the anatomy of a person, including the body and mind. Our osteopaths treat every person as an individual and our biggest goal is to help you to feel happier and healthier.

“Over the years, my concept of osteopathy has broadened considerably, and I’ve become very interested in the psychological, social and spiritual sides of the human experience as well as the bio- mechanical. My broad aim is to help integrate the biological, psychological and relational aspects of ourselves, so that healing can unfold and health can express itself.”

Louise Field Osteopath

“Everyone’s expression of health is different and so are our healing journeys and it is my job to listen to that. I like to understand the biopsychosocial concept when assessing a patient as there is usually a multifactorial cause to why pain has manifested itself in the body.”

Siân Amy

“When I first began working for Osteopathy For All I didn’t know much about the wonderful benefits of osteopathy, however having met Pippa I knew I wanted to be a part of what the team were offering. I have always been passionate about helping people and improving their wellbeing”.

For a limited time only, we are offering 20% off of one treatment per person, to new and existing clients. This reduced fee is available for appointments booked with Paul or Louise.

Providing a calming space to provide care

The practice is set in the beautiful Sussex countryside, allowing you to escape from the stresses of everyday life.

Nestled in the village of East Hoathly, we provide a calming space for your treatment. It is our aim to offer a welcoming and non-judgemental environment for those seeking help.

We have two treatment rooms available in which we cater to your individual needs through consultations and ongoing treatment. Our treatment rooms are bright and airy, and kept clean between patient visits.

As well as this, we have additional studio space on site in which we hope to offer further treatment in the future.
